1. What the service is

Souq is an intermediary platform for listing and price discovery. The platform does not take payment, hold funds, charge commission, or transfer number ownership. Payment and transfer are the responsibility of the two parties directly.

2. Accounts

An account is required to list an item or to bid. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity carried out from your account.

3. Listing an item

By listing an item you confirm that you own it and are entitled to sell it. Ownership of a phone number is proven by SMS to the number itself.

4. Bidding

A bid is a commitment. The highest bidder when an auction closes is the winner and is expected to complete the deal with the seller.

5. Completing a deal

A deal is complete when both the seller and the buyer confirm it. If either party does not confirm within the stated window, the transfer lapses.

6. Limits of liability

The platform does not guarantee that any deal completes, the conduct of any party, or that ownership is actually transferred by the mobile operator.
