Yes. Create an account, add what you own — a premium number or a piece from your collection — and list it at auction or for a fixed price. Ownership of a number is proven by SMS to the number itself.
Souq is an intermediary: we do not take payment and we do not hold funds. Payment and the transfer of ownership happen directly between you and the seller. What we provide is a documented record of what was agreed — the closing price, both parties, and each side's confirmation. A deal is not counted as complete until both the seller and the buyer confirm it.
Payments are not handled through Souq. You and the seller agree the method directly between you. This is also why the platform never asks for card or wallet details at any step — any page that does so in Souq's name is not ours.
