What we collect

Your name, email and primary phone number when you create an account; numbers you prove ownership of; items you add and list; your bids; and your complaints.

Why we collect it

To operate the platform: proving ownership of a number, running an auction, connecting a seller and buyer once an auction closes, and reviewing complaints.

What we do not collect

We do not collect card or e-wallet details, because payments do not pass through the platform at all.

Sharing

Contact details are shown to the other party after an auction closes, to the extent needed to complete the deal.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correct it, or delete your account via the Complaints page.
